Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Lyngdesk platform operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. By submitting an application or signing in, you agree to them.

What Lyngdesk is

Lyngdesk is a deal desk that introduces merchants to payment service providers and payment-rail suppliers, and helps manage onboarding. Lyngdesk is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor. We never hold, move, or take custody of funds, and we do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

Eligibility & accuracy

You must be authorised to act for the business you represent and provide accurate information. We may decline or discontinue service at our discretion, including for legal, compliance, or risk reasons.

Introductions & non-circumvention

Where we introduce a counterparty, you agree not to circumvent Lyngdesk to avoid agreed fees for a defined period, per the separate acceptance you sign in-platform. That acceptance record (its terms hash, timestamp, and IP) forms part of the agreement between us.

Fees

Commercial terms are agreed per engagement. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are earned on a confirmed go-live of an introduced partnership. [CONFIRM COMMISSION MODEL WITH COUNSEL PER CORRIDOR.]

Prohibited use & compliance

You may not use Lyngdesk to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any activity that is unlawful in a relevant jurisdiction. You are responsible for holding any licences your own activities require. Lyngdesk does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any counterparty it surfaces or introduces, and does not itself provide regulated payment, money-transmission, or e-money services. You must conduct your own KYC/AML and legal due diligence before transacting with any party. We may suspend or terminate access, and report to authorities where legally required.

Confidentiality

Information exchanged through the platform (including anonymised deal teasers) is confidential and to be used only to evaluate a potential partnership introduced by Lyngdesk.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyngdesk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of any counterparty we introduce. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
